FAQ’s

Check-In time on the day of your arrival is between 3pm – 9pm.  Please contact the office if you plan to arrive later. A later check in time may be available – but is not guaranteed.
Check Out Time on day of departure is 10am. We need time to clean your room,  change bedding and prepare for incoming guests. 
There is parking for two vehicles at each cottage. Additional parking is available on-site but a little further from your cottage. Please check at the Office.
On accepting your BOOKING we will ask for a reservation deposit of 25% by Interac e-transfer

The balance will be due on arrival and check-in. Payments can be in Cash, Direct Debit or Credit Card.

Guests must be minimum 19 years of age to rent a cottage and may be asked for valid ID on check-in.

All guests must be registered at the Office.

Upon arrival we will ask for a security deposit of $200 to cover possible damage to the cottage during your stay. It will be refunded upon Final Inspection of cottage prior to leaving.
Summer Reservations (stays between 23rd June 2017 and 9th September 2017)

  • are nonrefundable after 1st May 2017.
  • Prior to 1st May 2017 deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 fee only if we are able to fill your vacancy.

Spring And Fall Reservations (before 22nd June 2017 and after 10th September 2017)

  • Deposits will only be refunded providing we receive 30 days notice prior to check-in and we are able to fill your vacancy.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
